All of our Seattle, WA accommodations and University Suites have private baths with hand made natural scented soaps. Enter into a botanical wonderland. Facing the ivy covered hillside behind the house, this spacious room has lots of windows and a comfortable garden theme throughout, There is a king sized bed and a comfy sitting chair. The room opens onto a large porch with a view to the mountains and down into the gardens below. Private bath is spacious, has a tub and shower and is detached, just outside the door of your room.

Northwest Chamber
Sitting on the northwest corner of the house, this sweet room has the warmth of the Pacific Northwest, a queen oak bed, private bath with tub and shower, nice antique desk, antique oak chairs, and a private covered porch make this room one of the most serene in the house.

Sunrise Chamber
Decorated in crisp blues, yellows and whites this is one of the brightest rooms in the house, lots of space provides for a large KING white iron bed, a private bath with shower, and a nice sitting area. Facing east there is a view to the Cascade Mountains and lots of morning light. This room now has a new wonderful and spacious KING sized bed and is Air-conditioned in the summer months.

Rose Chamber
Antique oak furniture creates a warm feel of elegance in this second floor room. A queen antique oak bed, armoire, washstand, and dresser, give the room a feeling of warmth from a past era. There is a tiled private bath with shower and a working washstand with handmade pottery sink. There is a sitting chair by the window looking towards the mountains and the room opens out onto a porch looking down to the gardens and off to the snowcapped Cascade Mountains.

Crow's Nest Chamber
One of the best and most romantic in the house, this spacious third floor hideaway has a rustic romantic look with its gray wood paneling and built in bedside gas fireplace! Original eyebrow windows frame the queen white iron bed, a comfy loveseat invites you to sit with a good book, and a dormer window seat offers views to the mountains. The décor of soft blues and greys gives light to this third floor hideaway. Private bath features an old0fashioned ball and clawfoot tub and shower. A third person may be accommodated in this room, with an additional $15.00 per night charge. Air-conditioned in the summer months.

Scallop Chamber
The largest room in the house, this spacious chamber features a fabulous queen sleigh bed. A Franklin Stove gas fireplace provides a warm and romantic glow. There is a dormer window reading nook with a view to the mountains, a comfy loveseat to sit by the fire in, an antique rocking chair, and the best porch in the house to have your tea and cookies on. This porch has a territorial view (in Seattle that means trees and rooftops), and looks over the ivy covered hillside behind the house. There is a private bath with tub and shower, featuring a handmade pottery sink. A third person may be accommodated in this room, with an additional $15.00 per night charge. Air-conditioned in the summer months.

Ravenna Suite

Named after the park at the end of our street, this cozy lower level suite has its own white picket fence guiding you to its entrance. Outside the front door there is a nice secluded porch. Once inside, this suite has the warmth of hardwood floors throughout. The living room has sofa, coffee table and antique oak desk and TV table. The bedroom features a queen antique iron bed, and there is a private bath with tub and shower. The kitchen is cute, with oak eating table, and decorative tiles. This suite can accommodate 2- 4 persons as the sofa does pull out into a comfy queen bed. This suite is Air-conditioned in the summer months.

Greenlake Suite

Named after the nearby Greenlake Park this suite has a sunny porch with a view of the gardens and property just outside the front door. Inside is a living room with sofa, mahogany furniture, and pictures of Greenlake in the old days and its own set of oars. There is a bedroom with antique iron bed, and private bath with tub and shower. Spacious kitchenette and eating area. Big picture windows let in lots of sun! This suite is air-conditioned in the summer months. This suite can accommodate 2-4 persons as the sofa does pull out into a comfy queen bed.

University Suite

Named after the nearby University of WA, this suite is carpeted throughout. There is a sunny sitting area by the fountain just outside the front door of the suite. The living room is casual with a comfy couch and DVDs ready to view. There is an eating area and large kitchenette. The bedroom has a warm feel with a black iron bed, and is decorated in shades of blue, large white wooden blinds complete the cozy look. Private bath has a tub and shower. This is the largest of the 1 bedroom suites and can accommodate 2-4 people as the sofa does pull out into a comfy queen bed.

Cascade Suite

Perfect for couples traveling together, for families, or just for 2 people wanting separate bedrooms this 2 bedroom suite will meet all your accommodation needs. Named for the Cascade Mountains there is a great view of them from the large sitting porch just outside the front door. The living room is spacious, the sofa pulls out into a queen bed and there are 2 bedrooms each with a queen iron bed. There is just 1 private bath, with a tub and shower, centrally located between the 2 bedrooms. The large kitchenette has a territorial view as does 1 of the bedrooms. Bedrooms have queen iron beds and antique dressers. Carpeted throughout, this suite can accommodate up to 5 people and there are 3 separated sleeping beds available.
