Guest rooms are found in our colonial home, and suites are located in the University Suites building, just across the lawn and garden from the main house at our Seattle Washington Bed and Breakfast. All are equipped for business and designed for the ultimate in comfort. All rooms and suites at our Seattle B&B are non-smoking. All lodging rates include our fabulous 3-course gourmet breakfast and complimentary tea, cookies, coffee, and fresh fruit that are always out in the living room for guests. Wireless Internet and use of the guest computer are also included in each room's rate at our Bed and Breakfast in Seattle WA.
