Across a garden walk, adjacent to the Inn you will find our spacious University Suites; these unique 1 and 2 bedroom Seattle suites offer accommodation for the Washington traveler seeking a bit more space, privacy and or kitchen facilities. We accept children of all ages, and pets in the suites. Some restrictions do apply. Please contact us directly if you will be traveling with your pet or more than 1 child. Guests of our unique, University suites are part of the Chambered Nautilus and are welcome to enjoy the living room, business center, dining room and sunporch in the main house at any time. Breakfast is included in the suite rate and the cookies are available in the main house at all times!

Located in the heart of Seattle, WA in the city’s University District, the Suites are ideal if you are planning an extended stay. They are within walking distance to the University of Washington campus, UW medical center, and Husky football stadium, and just minutes away from the downtown attractions.

All of our spacious University Suites feature their own outdoor private entrances, porches outside each front door, generous living rooms with the modern convenience of TV/DVD players, stereo CD players, and desks with private phones and voice mail. All suites have high-speed wireless internet access.

All of the suites have bedrooms with queen iron beds, luxurious down comforters, antique dressers, cozy robes and of course the resident Teddy Bear. There are private baths with tub and shower, handmade scented soaps, and hair dryers. There is an iron and ironing board in each suite.

Each of the suites features its own fully equipped kitchenette, with refrigerator, stove, coffee-maker and microwave oven so you can chill a bottle of wine, make morning coffee, heat up your leftovers from one of Seattle's finest restaurants, or cook a full meal.

Tea, coffee, chocolates on arrival and bottled water are provided.

Ravenna Suite

Named after the park at the end of our street, this cozy lower level suite has its own white picket fence guiding you to its entrance. Outside the front door there is a nice secluded porch. Once inside, this suite has the warmth of hardwood floors throughout. The living room has sofa, coffee table and antique oak desk and TV table. The bedroom features a queen antique iron bed, and there is a private bath with tub and shower. The kitchen is cute, with oak eating table, and decorative tiles. This suite can accommodate 2- 4 persons as the sofa does pull out into a comfy queen bed. This suite is Air-conditioned in the summer months.

Rates range from $104-$184.00 per night, double occupancy, depending on season. There is an additional $15.00 per person, per night charge for each additional person in the suite.

Greenlake Suite

Named after the nearby Greenlake park this suite has a sunny porch with a view of the gardens and property just outside the front door. Inside is a living room with sofa, mahogany furniture, pictures of Greenlake in the old days and its own set of oars. There is a bedroom with antique iron bed, and private bath with tub and shower. Spacious kitchnette and eating area. Big picture windows let in lots of sun! This suite is air-conditioned in the summer months. This suite can accommodate 2-4 persons as the sofa does pull out into a comfy queen bed.

Rates range from $109-$184.00 per night, double occupancy, depending on season. There is an additional $15.00 per person, per night charge for each additional person in the suite.

University Suite

Named after the nearby University of WA, this suite is carpeted throughout. There is a sunny sitting area by the fountain just outside the front door of the suite. The living room is casual with a comfy couch and DVDs ready to view. There is an eating area and large kitchenette. The bedroom has a warm feel with a black iron bed, and is decorated in shades of blue, large white wooden blinds complete the cozy look. Private bath has a tub and shower. This is the largest of the 1 bedroom suites and can accommodate 2-4 people as the sofa does pull out into a comfy queen bed.

Rates range from $109-$179.00 per night, double occupancy, depending on season. There is an additional $15.00 per person, per night charge for each additional person in the suite.

Cascade Suite

Perfect for couples traveling together, for families, or just for 2 people wanting separate bedrooms this 2 bedroom suite will meet all your accommodation needs. Sitting at the top of our hill, and named for the Cascade Mountains, there is a great view of them from the large sitting porch just outside the front door. The living room is spacious, the sofa pulls out into a queen bed and there are 2 bedrooms each with a queen iron bed. There is just 1 private bath, with a tub and shower, centrally located between the 2 bedrooms. The large kitchenette has a territorial view as does 1 of the bedrooms. Bedrooms have queen iron beds and antique dressers. Carpeted throughout, this suite can accommodate up to 5 people and there are 3 separated sleeping beds available.

Rates range from $119-$199.00 per night, double occupancy, depending on season. There is an additional $15.00 per person, per night charge for each additional person in the suite.

RATES: Rates in the suites will vary depending on the season and number of guests.Quoted rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to 8.9% sales tax and are subject to change. An additional twin bed can be added to any suite. A crib is available on request, based on availability.

LONG TERM /Extended Stay: The suites are available for extended stays from October through April. At that time we do offer weekly and monthly rates, some of which are without breakfast and with limited housekeeping.
